If you're already an AMSOIL fan, you can go with their Manual Transmission and Gear Lube (MTG) in 75w-90 with a little slip additive for the LSD, and their synthetic ATF as well.
In terms of ATF, honestly, nothing readily available even touches AMSOIL's ATF. It's what all the serious commercial/diesel people use.
I stockpiled a bunch of AMSOIL back in the day when it cost me under $6 (~$5.50) CDN for a quart of 5w-30. I also got a case of ATF, 3-4 cases of 4 gallon jugs of 5w-30, a case of MTG, a gallon jug of their PI fuel system cleaner, their synthetic extreme pressure grease in aerosol and in a tube as a paste, oil filters for previous cars, and a case of 5w-40 for my dad's old Volvo 850 Turbo Wagon pushing ~350 ft lbs of torque. I'm just finally finished the 5w-30 recently, have a bottle or two of the MTG left, 1/3 of the fuel system cleaner, lots of the paste grease, and 2 cans of the aerosol left, finished off the oil filters for the previous car, and my dad finished the 5w-40 a while ago.
I have to shop around for some more 5w-30, and it's now like $11/quart for what I used to get for under $6
Oh, and I still stick to the DIC's recommended oil change interval, which for me is about 13K km, and about 10-11 months, and only because I'm using AC Delco (GM OE) filters. If I were running AMSOIL oil filters, I'd go longer. I have put my gear and LSdiff lube in about 2+ years ago now. I probably will leave it in till its 5 year birthday, then swap it one more time with AMSOIL again. Mostly preventatively.
