Fender Well Trim Kit - DDMWorks
« on: November 04, 2011, 11:27:30 AM »
We are happy to introduce our fender well trim kit for the Solstice/Sky/Opel GT. We have been installing these on customer cars for a couple years when they come to the shop, and since everyone has liked them we now have them for sale up on the website.

What we have found is that there is a slight gap between the plastic fender and the hood when the hood is closed, and what the kit does is fills this void in. By doing this it really helps keep road debris and dirt out of the engine bay to help it stay cleaner.

The kit consists of plenty of molding to go along both plastic fenders on the front of the car. The bulb molding is the same that is used by several OEM and has metal clips inside of it to make sure it grips really well to the plastic liners and doesn't pull off easy. Total for the kit is just $20 plus shipping and can be ordered by giving us a call or placing the order online below:

Let me know if you have any questions.

Since when? Did you do a different power steering reservoir then what comes in the supercharger kit?

GJ and I didn't change anything there in Critters car so unless Joe did something I doubt Critter supervised anyone else changing the reservoir.

Nope the same place it has always been back in the right hand corner over the battery.  Isn't that where you are putting the catch cans?

PS>  I have not seen any oil in my tubes, and I have them changed regularly  :D :tool:

No, Critter. The OCC is installed on the left side of the battery.

I thank DDMWorks for a super fast delivery of my 2 sets of Fender Well Trim Kits.
Now if I could get the documentation for the install of my new DDMWorks Intercooler all would be fine...  :poke:

Put them on today, fit very nice.  Now if I only drove it in bad weather I could test them out ,  sunny days are the rule though

Put mine on today.  Because of the way the lip on the liner is cut and that the trim strips were curled the opposite way of the liner, it was a bear to get on. I found it easy to put on upside down - and that opened the groove in the trim strips a bit and relaxed the curl.  They went on the right way a lot easier after that.
