I remember a couple times when I was growing up that the snow was so deep it was like tunnels on the streets just like those last pics.

Those Ice formations are really awesome.

Bottoz

It's the other drivers that worry me in the snow.   Too many people not paying attention to their driving and then you add snow and ice......
That is not a combination I want my car to be in.

Kelu, even the snowfall in Bottoz's picture, elff has to tunnel through.

Thx for the advice/tip elff.

Currently I have the 944 Race Car, the Sky, and the Tahoe.

Ah, sweet indeed, awesome stable and great blend of vehicles, we have similar likes indeed but I am envious you have the 944 Race Car to trump GXPinKC!  Congrats and welcome to Kappa Performance! :drive:  :usa:

Yes yes Mr. Kelu... I was in Ukraine last year and got a taste of Eastern European snow. If and when we get our next big storm here, I'll do my best to take a picture of some real Colorado snow for you!

It may not look it, but it was quite icy in the picture I posted. A dusting of snow over a layer of ice.

With 5 Military bases in my town, winter driving is an adventure. Sooooo many people transfer in from parts unknown and have never driven on snow or ice. Defensive driving is a must!

Thanks all... I'll keep this thread updated with progress and stuff, if that's ok.

Try driving around Washington DC, it is dangerous in the dry, panic in the rain, and a joke in the snow
