stabilizer links and tie rod ends...anyone had to replace????
« on: February 29, 2012, 01:18:57 PM »
Just curious, any kappas had to replace their tie rods or stabilizer links yet? I'm thinking of buying some and replacing them as a prevention since I'm rounding 60,000miles...

Tierods no, endlinks yes. Unless you screw around with them, they should last a little while. I put the zok bars on last year with the poly setup that ddm sends with the kit and they were fine then. But then put rubber bushings and stock clamps back on few weeks ago. In doing so, i was moving the bar around off the brackets but still connected to the endlinks. Ended up moving the endlinks more than they should and started making popping and knocking a few days after. Switched them with moogs and all is tight and quiet.
