WTB: OEM Front Marker Lenses
« on: April 07, 2012, 11:44:46 PM »
I'm not sure, but I think Shiny's valet must've gotten his hands on my car and bottomed it out or something.  On my way to visit Mom for Easter a lady complimented my car, then noticed something hanging of of it. Turns out the clips have broken off of one of my Afershock clear corners, and there's a little spot on my hood right over it that looks like the paint rubbed off.

I've ordered a new set from Rudy.  I recall from last time they can take a while (but are definitely worth the wait), and in the meantime would like to be able to drive my car without tape on it.  While I did keep my OEM lenses when I switched them out, they kinda got melted.  I'm hoping someone else with the same mod also still has their original parts and is looking to de-clutter.  If so, let me know and come up with a price.  Thanks!

The plastic that was used to make the Aftershock lenses is quite brittle. The clips on both of mine broke when I transplanted them from Amelia to Gwyneth. I used 3M double sided sticky tape to make them stay in place.

Good to know.  I'll try that tomorrow!
