Well you know how to fix the brakes yourself so get that taken care of.  Good thing GJ showed you everything he knows about brakes.
YES, I must thank him once more for that, I just need a jack and maybe a wire for the pad. I'm not worried about that.

Then work on getting the other issues sorted out, Andrie seemed to know who can do a clutch.  Remember to ask us any questions, I promise I won't lead you astray.  (Others are out of luck though)
Driving to Andrei city and back costs like 200-300$ same amount which I would pay to do it here, I'm thinking to go to my buddies Renault dealership because I was there before going to the greek guy and I was satisfied every time when they worked on the car.

Also I have huge respect for this community which keeps me for not going off the line with the car.

Once you get the car worked out then decide about racing again.
OK, I will follow the advice.

GJ:  you are funny like hell, remember you don't have to troll the :censor: es here, if you have enough cash they will be all over you

Arabas: I can't return stock, the actual setup I like a lot more in the streets than the stock, my issue is at the races, btw I not heavily modded at all, I'm like on the last third of the guys with least mods on the car. I only have intake, turbo, IC, pipes and exhaust. I didn't touched the engine.

I have considered a race car but I can't afford it, believe it or not I didn't got too many money from my pocket, I did a barter with the malaka.

Critterman: You still do supervising or you retired, decide so I know if you want a place at GJ's house of Kars or not
Europe? Any chance of Romania?

elff I never said I going to get rid of the GT

Regarding the fixes:
1) Brakes is easy I hope I didn't loose the brake pads wire and not to have too much damage on disc, pad or caliper
2) I'm not sure 100% is manifold, his decision was manifold but could be the adapter flange between exhaust manifold and turbo which broke also when doing the calibration on the dyno
3) Clutch is hard but I know what needs to be done, I just need a good mechanic and to listen to my advice.

I will take a brake for 1-2 weeks, seems like we gonna be technical team for a drag race combined with a drift event right in the middle of the Bucharest in front of the Ceausescu's Building (2nd largest building in the world after Pentagon) at the end of this month.

If you want a true American drag car, let me know. I know some people that build them! I think a BBC chevelle would be nasty for you in Europe. People wouldn't know what hit them! I saw one for sale that was very nice the other day for $20k US

(but the taxes and fees to get it to you would be ridiculous )

A race car will not be registered in Romania, duuh, it will be driven only at the track and if I definitely want to drive it on the street I would keep it registered in US :P

Best option in Romania are 4x4 drag cars because of the quality of the strip but please don't hit me with an EVO idea :P you know that my heart belongs to american V8s

I appreciate the fact you like American muscle, however as we showed a lot of people at the track this weekend, simple bolt ons, a bit of head work and a set of cams have defeated most of the American V8's at the track this past weekend.. every match up we saw got toasted by the silly 4 cyl!

I know EVOs are very performer cars but I would prefer any of the V8s even those lost the races.

The small movie:
Teaser 15-16 Septembrie Tulcea, DragRacingEvents

My greek speed shop record:
Nissan GTR R35 Record European 8.9sec 1/4mile

They could beat the world record of 8.8s held by AMS but they had many issues, should I mention that friday evening one of the GTX35 turbos broke and they raced with a different turbo made from left overs from the garage? You should see the greek mechanic straitening the turbine wheels with a pliers and the english ECU tuner who was like "I hope you know what you are doing because this is first time when I see a 4L and 1500hp car with 2 different turbos and one being straiten with the pliers", greek mechanic replied: "This is how we do records in Greece" and they did.

Awesome job on the GTR! I would love to see them get lower than AMS's record! especially when you have a much more difficult surface to race on.

Hopefully the next race will allow them to break the barrier

Got the GT back to the greek speed shop, after I told to the owner that I had enough he started to feel very bad, not by having an unsatisfied customer but an upset friend (these were his words). He insisted for 3-4 days in all possible ways and I thought again and decided to allow him for another shot with everything on his expenses.

The list of issues:

1) Brakes, I think I lost the front brake pad for good, dunno if I lost the wire also and in what conditions are caliper and disc. I might need to buy some parts from US, even 2nd hand are good until spring when I planed to replace discs, pads, fluid and maybe ss lines.

2) Crack in manifold or adaptor flange between manifold and turbo, the malaka said if the manifold is cracked he will order one custom build tubular, I doubt Garret casted manifold cracked, I suspect the custom adaptor flange which failed when we did the tune for GT3071 and was redone. IF new tubular manifold will happen than a new tune will be done, this time one version with race gas too.

3) Clutch - tranny will go down, new slave actuator will be installed and a proper bleed will be aimed, I hope the flywheel, clutch or plate not to be damaged or I will have a huge downtime

I will keep you updated

I have all 4 of my stock calipers.  If you find out you need a replacement, I will send it over.  It still has the stock brake line attached as well.  I am sure I can find some second hand rotors as well.   I sold mine already.

I trust him one more time because he was more just my tuner, he helped me when I need it and that means something for me.

My malaka uses Lilian as bus travelling to bring parts from Athens fast and cheap.

Hold on buddy, I just got back from the shop. I didn't lost any brake pads.

The whole this issue appeared because 2/3 hub bolts were GONE, completely missing. Because of that the wheel, disc and hub it was moving 10 cm (4 inches) freely depending the forces -/+ huge camber. Mechanic said he will check and loctide all these bolts in all corners.

Chapter 1, fixed pretty good but advised to change/upgrade:
Rotor is still ok but still I plan to upgrade them but I would prefer to do it in spring not to have slotted/jhooks sitting in the snow for weeks during the winter.
Pad still ok but probably I will replace them with rotors.
Caliper holder (the bottom part of the fixed section) it is grinded for about 1-2 cm (0.3 - 0.8 inches)
The car brakes pretty strong.

The malaka friend offer to search 2nd hand front calipers from Mitsubishi Evo 9 ( Brembo ) but I wasn't happy about this idea.

I need some opinions in this case:
1) use the old one calipers
2) buy new stock calipers
3) upgrade the calipers to .... ?

Chapter 2:
The adapter flange cracked again as I was suspecting based on eye inspection by the mechanic, he said to allow the owner of the shop to pay to have a custom tubular manifold build using strong materials, I told him that I don't have a problem about this if is going to be reliable.

Chapter 3:
Clutch - I don't think the bleeding procedure from service manual would help too much. I would ask to get the tranny down, replace the oil in the gearbox to check if we have big parts in the oil, inspect clutch, plate and flywheel. Install the new slave actuator cylinder and bleed the system "by the book". Any other suggestions here?

Depending on the price u can upgrade to vectra opc brakes set up like mine. Not 4 piston but certainly an upgrade for less money than 4 pistons.
Let me know if u need my factory rotors and calipers ( i mean for free, only cost for you will be shipping)

I say take the free calipers and get new pads and rotors and flush your fluid.
With your tyoe of driving as long as your hubs dont fall off, the stockers should be fine

Spend your money on buttoning up everything in the engine bay

I agree with Elff, take the free calipers, and I would also get the rotors if they have low miles of use.
