That's softer than the FE3 components which was the one thing about this car I hated when I first bought it.

i have no idea what to do for suspension. I am still in the market to be honest. I rode and drove the B&G's w. 8kg. And they are WAY to stiff for what I use the car for. my car wont be diving into corners, so super stiff isnt really an option..

As far as brand/ springs, I havent found a set I really want yet. I just want something with a ton of adjust ability. My goal is to figure out what I want for next year suspension wise. I will just be using the stock suspension for the remainder of this driving season... (assuming i get to drive it this season)

Just read up on some reviews and the KW v.3's has Dampering settings, height adjustment. The good thing is that at 0 the coilover's are similar to stock. You should ask Dave at DDM about them. I bet he'll tell you to go with the KW over the others.

Take a look at the following post
http://www.kappaperformance.com/forum/index.php/topic,8724.0.html

You will see that HKS and KW provide springs that are setup opposite of how the SCCA T2 class winning ZOK

So for the street, the KW, IMHO need a spring swap.   I personally know a lot of people who have not been thrilled with the KW stock springs and have swapped them out to Swift springs.  This is very common in the Mini World
and to further back up my statement.
On the DDMworks AutoX car,  Dave stated that they had to add Stiffer rear springs to their Kws to get the car to handle the way they wanted.  It had way to much understeer.

The good thing is the solution to swap springs on any set of coil overs is just under $400.

Interesting, I don't get the under steer with mine. Guess the front chasis brace is doing its job.

Normally to induce oversteer, you stiffen up the rear.

For miller, the KWs might be a good choice as he will be Drag racing it on occasion and in that setup, you want soft rear stiff front.
So I guess it's good he is going Black.
Where is REED for the follow up?

Every car understeers under high pressure, either tight or wide turns. If u havent got any understeer, means u havent pushed it too much

If you are getting understeer(Letting it happen) then I can tell you you're probably slow at a track.  The reason I don't get any is because I give the car a little throttle, provoking slight oversteer to point the car the direction I want it to go, exiting the turn. Knowing how much throttle while making sure you have grip is something I'm very much aware of. I push the limits for grip and braking(light ABS up coming into a turn) in my car everytime I'm at Infineon, Willow, Chuckwalla and Buttonwillow. Unlike most here, I'm not worried(Thinking) about crashing a car.

It's the Performance Autowerks Brace for the chasis that I was talking about. It works like a charm coupled with some RS3's.

Maybe i m slow at the track. All i m saying is that no brace can prevent understeering. And staying on the throttle doesnt always coz oversteer. It could cause oversteer. It depends on soooooooo many factors...
