How do you ship tires/wheels???

Any info would be helpful. What's the best/cheapest/safest way to ship wheels and tires???? I've heard bus freight is a good option.

FedEx. I've shipped wheels using them and had tires shipped to me through them.

Tire Rack uses UPS.  Costs about $80 for 4 IIRC, but they probably get a huge UPS discount.

Box them up don't say they are tires and/or wheels, and make sure you let all the air out, in case the go into a plane.
