Some basic guidelines for the meet attendees - Drive NO FASTER than 5 miles per hour on my road. There are children that live my road. Also, this will keep the dust down.
- Do not race through the ranch club. There isn't sidewalks so children will be on the street during the holiday
- Look for orange lines when parking at the meet.
- A White board will be up on the shed, please write what you need done during the meet so volunteers can have somewhere to check to see who needs help.
- Attending the mod meet is free, assisting is encouraged, but all work done by forum members with "required skill sets" need to be compensated with a donation of a monetary value or product or services. Not to do so is an abuse of the mod meet and the member(s) performing the work. We (non-vendors) do not charge shop rates and we enjoy the get togethers and sharing of skills and work. Please do not take advantage of members. The old addage is, you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours...
