Hello Fellow Kappa Lovers!
« on: July 09, 2012, 04:08:34 PM »
I am the proud owner of a Red (oh, gee, I don't even know the correct color name, it's like a garnet red) '09 Solstice Coupe!  :yay: I've been lurking here for a while as a visitor, and finally got around to registering.

This is my dream car, and when the CFO (wife) finally said I could, I hunted one down and bought it (2 sold before I could get to them!). I am a native Washingtonian (as in the District of Columbia) currently residing in the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area, and have 5 children (adults), and 6 grand-children.

I also love music and try to play guitar and bass guitar (something I dabble in) and I like to take pictures. Anyways, I hope to meet some of you at a meet or somesuch in the coming months!

If GM had painted the Kappas an earth tone would they have named it "GJ brown noser"?

Welcome to the forum Dabbler, I would warn you about all the others around here but than they are just going to warn you about me.  None of it's true I tell you, at least not the negative things about me.

Welcome to the Kappa Koupe Klub!
Not sure if you're interested in performance modding, GMPP (Crate Engine Depot), plus their plug & play pigtail so no more crimping into original harness), of course others prefer the Westers Tune, and DDM Probeam & Backbone, and couple different front chassis braces available to tighten it up.

Solo Performance for exhaust.   Just be aware to advise them you have a coupe because they'll probably advise resonators due to the coupes inherent cabin drone.

Solstice GXP Coupe with Solo RCD Exhaust and High Flow CAT

If auto, 4 for around town driving, D for highway (fth gear).

Go-Driven appreciates last 6 digits of VIN to attempts to keep record of coupe owners on big board.

Respectful folks here, without the drama.

Too funny Chop, I was going to say your house and road look a lot like Joe's (DeepBlue),  They I realized that is Dee's (Lady-in-Red) car.  The lake was the give away.

I would have thought the garage at the very beginning was the give away.  That was before he built the shed for Kappa parts.
