a lot of pieces are still left to be done.
i didn;t go for full car wrap in matt orange, due to lack of cash flow, but i thought i could try some details in matt orange and black out some other parts as i wanted to do for so long.
maybe some time later i will do a full car wrap in matt orange.

tulip panel blackened out

AST package stands for Arabas Styling package.

Shouldn't that then be ASP?

See Critter I don't just pick on you.

Maybe he should have called it the Arabas Sport Styling package.

Very nice! Orange and black is a very nice combination. Me like.
Are those taillights original Opel GT, except for the tinting?
What the heck have you done to you front grill? Did you cut out the OEM plastic cover?

Yes, these are the factory taillights, tinted and with black vinyl cover on top, where the white part is on the GT. The grill is just a piece of plastic honeycomb mesh i cut and fitted there. Nothin special.
Kelu, i will post more pics as soon as i get it, coz theres more to be done. These are just crappy cell phone pics during progress.
I really like it so far, this vinyl looks great on black, and does a really nice play with the light

Arabas -
What product are you using to wrap the tulip & windshield surround in?
It looks like a gloss black.

Arabas, I understand you have put a mesh instead of the OEM GT chrome piece. On the pic it seems like you see through the mesh right into your engine. Have you cut a hole through the plastics? Had a look the other day in improving cold air airflow into the turbo. My first thought was to open up all the OEM plastic just behind the grill. Have myself the steinmetz grill. Then I noticed that the most ideal solution would be to open up the plastic piece just under the OEM intake, facing downwards to the road, just like the dbilas solution. A perfect spot in directing dry and cool air into the turbo. Sweet pics by the way, I am sure your car will be awesome once its done.

Getaway, when u remove the chrome grill and the plastic mesh behind it, the bumper has some holes on it. These are what u can see inthe pics.
Kelu has cut the bumper on that spot, but has reported he gained nothing.
I advise not to cut the plastic piece under the intake facing down the road. As Dave from DDM has said this piece is important to create the needed pressure for the ic and for the radiator.

Tommorow i will have the car, so i ll post more pics of the final result. Thanx

painted in orange the custom brake air ducts i had made, front and rear calipers, wrapped in matt orange the silver part around the shifter and the two pieces on the steering wheel.
also blackened out the round chrome pieces where the top secures (on the trunk).
finally added black vinyl on the rear fenders, where the door ends, so as to protect the paint from rock chips (i already have some marks there, so i covered it to prevent further damage and to make it look better)

Thx for your comments!
In a way the pics dont do justice to the color combination, it looks much more aggressive in person.
From the 20 miles i drove today, the turning head index was far higher. I could tell everybody was trying to figure out what car it is
