I got the vacuum lines squared away, and the weather was nice enough to take the car out.  Flutter is the same or worse, and boost seems to be rolling on really late.  I sent the log to David, hopefully he can decipher something I am missing.

Anyone with a BNR turbo willing to check what their wastegate rod is set at?  Emails to Bryan at BNR and Dave at DDM have gone unanswered, so hopefully someone here can give me an idea of where they are started at.

You rock, thanks!  That is what I was suspecting; it is almost bottomed out.  I think mine was closer to the middle.  I still do not think that will fix the flutter, but it is a step in the right direction.  You have not changed it, and it works well for you?

I have not changed it and it does work well. That is where Dave set it at the install nearly two years ago.

I adjusted the rod very much like Wartie has it, which is a bit further down than it was originally set.  The boost definite rolls on quicker now, which was an "issue" that needed addressed.  However, it flutters very much like it did with the Hahn, and I managed to pop a 2261 code again.  There has to be something I am missing.  Of all of the vacuum lines for both the turbo and the BOV, what do they do and what could be causing this?  That is the only thing left that I can think of being the issue.

I am curious about how you have the vacuum lines connected to your Bypass Solenoid on top of the intake manifold.
and also how you have the vacuum lines connected to the BOV.

Can you take audio of the fluter sound?
