The glass is always full, half is water (or whatever) and the other half is air two halves = full.

A man as smart as you should know better than to say "always"

There is no air in half the glass if the glass is in a vacuum.   And yes, I have been in a vacuum before. The whiskey tastes pretty much the same.

Know anyone interested in an HKS suspension?  I'm switching over to an LFN or LFN ZOK suspension.  My wife doesn't enjoy the stiff ride.

Trade with stock GXP (not ZOK) suspension ?

I really like the ZOK springs but wish the FE3 shocks settled a little faster.
But for the OP and for Critter. I think the FE3 Shocks with LNF ZOK springs would be perfect.

I am currently rocking that with the ZOK rear sway bar.
DDM XTreme BackBone and Probeam and LV Cross Brace.

I am also looking at the koni adjustables as well as stock.  They are a bit more expensive.

On the street, I hated the Single Adjustable Konis.  Seemed like no matter what of the 5 settings I put them at, they either were too soft, or chattered over bumps causing the tires to skip and not keep contact with the pavement

Yes.  Its the same as the stock shocks on both the Sky Redline and Solstice GXP (and Opel GT)

The yellow Koni Sports?  I love mine... I have found that they have damp the car much better than the FE3 shocks when coupled with Z0k springs.  The car doesn't wallow around as much.  I put them one turn up from soft in the back and one and a half turns up from soft in the front and they car is well balanced.

That's opposite what I would expect.  From the sound of it, you have made the rear softer than the front, and in theory induced slightly more understeer in doing so.  Don't get me wrong, I'm not implying that's what you did.  Results is results, and if you say it's balanced I have no reason to doubt you.

I just put KW V3 coilovers on mine with 6kg/mm (340 lb/in) springs on all four corners.  The springs that come with the kit are 5kg/mm front and 4kg/mm rear.  Stock springs on Kappa cars are actually stiffer in the rear than up front.  Right now, I have compression and rebound damping set the same number of clicks/turns at all four corners as well.  Given all of that,  I suspect that as it is my car would tend toward understeer as much as, or more than it did stock.  Unfortunately I won't get a chance to safely determine that before putting the car back in storage in a couple of days to go back overseas for a year...

Boy I wish my car was dialed in so well that I could tell the difference between a half turn on off the shelf Konis with 30k miles on them!  I just set them somewhere that they felt okay over bumps, as it is my daily driver.  I'm also running the Z0k bar in the back and the GXP bar up front, although that shouldn't matter in transitions where the shock rebound settings dominate the vehicle balance.  It actually can oversteer easily in an autocross slalom if you aren't smooth with your inputs.  Slightly understeers in steady state, which I like since it puts down power well.

Come to PA, I can get those Koni's to throw you into a tree or telephone.
The rebound and damping on them such if the pavement isnt smooth.  Its just a matter of what the car does at the different settings.

I gathered alot of information on various Coilovers vs stock springs/shocks in the following thread
