Show unread posts problem today? (maybe)

Hello to our wonderful and underpaid Admins!

   I noticed something today, and thought I'd point it out, just in case it's happening to everyone.  When I log on and click on the "Show unread posts since last visit" link at the top left of the forum, I don't get any results...ie it says "no unread posts".  But when I click the NEW POSTS link (the one on the red line a few inches down from the top) I am getting lots of (and correctly listed) posts showing in the results.

   I know this could probably just be my computer, but just in case, you might want to look at this to see if you accidentally changed a setting or something?

Same thing here over the past several days. I don't log out so I don't have to sign in, but sometimes unread posts shows no results when there are in fact new posts...

Hmmm, just thinking about this I and it might be a cookie issue. I believe it only happens when I close the browser and open a new one later.  Will have to double check the settings.

I too have had this issue since I joined and I think I was like the 8th or 9th to join so its not new.

It's a known gotcha with the Unread since last visit, it inspired the NEW POSTS addition on the menu bar.  :thumbs:

What am I doing wrong????? THat returns a blank also :gaah:

The unread posts since last long on shows just that.  Did you click the area I have circled on the below attached pic?
