Topic: Does this mani work on Kappas?

Planning to fit a GT3071 T25 flanged, Wastegated and with 3" inlet to my car and I was wondering if the Garrett mani which Rick from BTF told it works, really works.

It works on transversal engines, Can anybody confirm they work on the longitudinal?

If it works, the unique issue will be to make a downpipe.

It will work.

BTF confirmed it....

that's what he will be using if he drops a gt28 on his LNF engine....

BTF said that it is very similar to the stock manifold.

He kinda hinted to me before since I was planning to use that kind of manifold........to just stick with my stock manifold since they're very similar.....

but in regards to clearance issues, he never said anything about issues at all.

just be careful bro.  I know that there's one guy out there selling a similar manifold...that never send the manifold to one of our forum members.   The forum member, complained to paypal, and got his money back.

I'm gonna pick one up one of theese days.  Think you needs and adapter. Rick(BTF) has every thing to make that mani work for a gt28. I'm still debating 2871 or 3071r..... damn I need money!

I've looked at other forums for different cars w/ garrett turbos and the 2871 & the 3071 are usuallu picked over the 2876 and all seem content with the choice
