Some pics, particularly with an up close of tread depth using a typical coin to indicate true tread depth will probably do a lot to help your sale.  Particularly at this time of year.

Good luck with sale

Hi, are these rims/wheels still available?  I am looking for a Konig bump 17x7. I messed up one of my rims and these are now discontinued.  Thanks

The swirls are the result of the top protective layer getting damaged/chipped likely during installation.  That allowed the aluminum underneath to oxidize.  You can blame the shop that mounted the tires.  And this is why you shouldn't use aluminum/magnesium wheels in the winter.

Good luck with sale.  I think the low interest is due to the low tread depth.  Maybe 1 season left on them.  I have a set of Nokian Hakkapellita RSi right now, with 4 seasons on them, and they have more tread depth than these.
