84,000 Miles.

Update:  Some (good) things in life are stepping up my want to sell this car.  If anyone knows anyone looking for a good car at a good price, I'll give cash for finding me a buyer.  I am in to this car for $10,500.  If you find my buyer, you get everything above that price.  I have it posted for $11,500 (just marked down from $12,500 to speed up sale).  You will not be taxed on the $$, it will just show up one day.  I would really prefer it show up as a gift card from one of our vendors so the good can be spread even further.  For example, if you find my a buyer at $11,500, you could be $1000 closer to your DDM turbo upgrade, or $1000 closer to a new Norms hood.  This way, you get $$, our wonderful vendors get some much needed work, I get my car sold and the buyer still gets a good deal on a good car.

Any help is greatly appreciated.  The info below is the original post.

I bought this car about two months ago from a friend of the Misses.  She was looking to trade it in and I had a chance to pick it up at a reasonable price.  I've made all the repairs that needed to be done including the crankcase breather (a common problem), brakes and some other small items.  The car is in really nice shape with the exception of the fact that the previous owner bumped a concrete pole and scuffed up the rear bumper.  She had the car maintained at the local Audi dealer for most of the work.  The last few items she had done were done at an independent shop close to her house (tires and a new battery).  This car is not perfect, but is very good.

I know this is not something many of you would be interested in.  I am not going to post any pics or a price.  I will handle all of that via PM / email off the forum as this is not a kappa and I don't do business in public. With that said, if you are interested, or know someone that may be interested, please let me know.  If there are any questions other than what is already covered in this post, please feel free to ask here as others may also be looking for that info.

Thanks for the look.  Also, I will offer an incentive to the forum member that sends this along to the eventual buyer should that happen.  If you have someone, I will discuss the incentive with you in private.  I can also tell you from recent experience with the Sol, it costs $800 to ship a car from San Diego to NJ.  Just in case someone was curious.

The gods of Kappa Karma are just getting even with you for selling the GXP. :poke:

Hey where is the new owner anyway?  Haven't seen him about for a while.

Have you looked into joining an Audi forum and listing it there?  If not and you do so and it sells you can just send me a check.

How appropriate, I think the car is sold, to a young Marine, on Veterans day.

He is working with Navy Fed. CU and will insure thru USAA.

Fingers crossed it all goes through.

SOLD SOLD SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The happy new owner just drove off to go to the DMV and then back to his post at MCB Camp Pendleton.

Now, just have to make sure the check is good...  Navy Federal Credit Union, should not be a problem.
