I have prepared multimedia resources to help diagnose my grinding clunky humming noise issues.

I purchased a used propeller shaft / driveshaft / Cardan shaft with 15k miles, painted it with some Rust Reformer :D

Driveshaft Noise, weird sounds like noise coming from the tube:

Loose manual transmission output yoke play lash, what's the deal with the loose but pinned nut?!

The service manual lists two items that can cause what they describe as a scraping noise.

1) The pinion flange deflector or the center bearing is rubbing.
2)The heat shield is rubbing.

I certainly don't believe it's the latter.

It also states that a Ping, Snap, or Click Noise could be caused by "The fixed yoke or the pinion yoke is loose." and refers to fastener tightening specifications.

The drive shaft is connected to the transmission via a constant velocity (CV) joint instead of a slip joint. Looks as though that CV joint is bad on your drive shaft as there shouldn't be that much play in it. The "new" one looks to be better.

The new driveshaft helped out significantly with the noises.  There is still a little noise however in 4th gear when coasting, like a humming/grinding noise, this noise was there with the old driveshaft but worse.
