Hmmm

Strange the equivalent 15# drop.

Almost enough to start checking things.

I have the compression checked regularly, when I change the spark plugs. (every 20k km)
The drop from cylinder 2 to 3 was always around 0.4bar(~12psi).
The decrease over the last three years was about 0.2bar (6psi) in average. Ok, I guess.

But I thought it is "common" with LNF-engines to drop on cylinders 3&4...

I always thought 1&2 were commonly the issue.

Hmm.
I guess, the "rear cylinders" have to withstand more heat, caused by the engines position in the bay and thereby in the air flow...

Anyways, a buddy suggested to check the timing chains, as the ones on his GT emmitted comparable noises when they were stretched...
The shop will check them this weekend...

Number #1 cylinder is the farthest one, it fails most often when is about fuel starvation.
In my case #2 and #3 failed but because of high revving, oiling aspects generated possibly by track driving.

Guess what:
The Vibration is gone.

Obviously, the vibration came from a damaged Timing chain tensioner.
I had both chains plus accessories including all belts and the water pump renewed at a local Opel Garage and the Vibration is gone. Entirely.
The brace is now equipped with two Aluminium plates on the downfacing bracket, 3mm each, and will be re-installed this Weekend. Hopefully, this will not cause any new Problems.

The cool thing is, it was the brace that made me check the entire engine an check every single sound... Otherwise I would possibly not have noticed the damaged tensioner which, following the shop, would have failed completely in short time...
