Forgestar F14
« on: December 29, 2015, 08:24:49 PM »
I found a company that will sell me brushed face w/ bright silver windowed F14s.  PAW cannot get them. I'm going for the 18x8.5/9.5 staggered set. Does anyone here know the correct off sets for this set up?

Got an email from another company that states 18x8.5 +45 and 18x9.5 +56. Does this sound right? I can get the 8.5 to +50, but +56 on the rears looks like too much. Shouldn't I at least go stock +55?

This was my set up.
19x8.5 et45 and 19x9.5 et55. This was pretty close to a perfect fit imo. Any more aggressive and it might rub. I would go with the 56, you can always experiment with spacers whereas the 50 you might poke and have no solution.

Thanks bun1t. I finally got a response from Forgestar directly and they suggest 18x8.5 +46 18x9.5 +43. I looked at this on an offset calculator and it makes the back side of the rim even with stock, but pushes the rears out  a little over 1". The fronts stick out a 1/2 in more than stock.

I will have to check clearance at the fender. Custom wheels are great, but the leg work sucks.

Yeah I think 46 would stick out too much. You can see my 55 rear wheel is almost flush with the fender. I would go with the 56. If you feel it's not flush enough, put spacers on it. You can get them as thin as 2mm.
