Those measurements will cause the wheel to stick out of wheel well.

If the math I just did in my head is correct, they will stick out almost 2 inches more than the stock wheels/tires at each wheel.

The fronts are not necessary.
My rears are 18x9's +55mm offset and they fit just fine.

The front 245s work fine for traction and a staggered setup works well with handling

Wouldnt 245s be a little small on a 9.5" rim? Probably be more likely to dent the wheel wouldnt it? ....I found a +40 offset for 9.5, that would help a bit...I have been in a friends truck whose tires rubbed really hard on turns, thats what im trying to avoid. Just making sure that I am in the clear*on all 4 corners* with a 9.5"  with 275 tires and now a +40 offset

Yes

Stick with 8" wide rims up front with the stock tire size.

It will work but not without its drawbacks. I currently run 18x9.5 +35 on my sky with 265 width tires and while they do fit, a bit of fender rolling/ stretching had to be done on the rear along with 2+ degrees of camber all the way around. The biggest problem is found was that I could not run as much caster as I would like because the tire would rub the inner liner on the front during hard cornering.

ok, say I found a 9.5 in +40 offset, would this be enough that no modifications would be needed? (fender rolling and camber adjustments...etc) I am at stock ride height.

Elf, I would rather have them all the same for tire rotations and such, ive read goods and bads of staggered setups and just dont really know where I stand....but...they do offer the wheels im looking at in 19x8.5 with offsets of 42, 30, 45 ...which would match best with my 19x9.5 offset 40?

edit: everything I have read is saying that there is actually more room in the front? so if it fits in the rear, it will fit in the front...is this correct?

IMHO the only downside is the inability to rotate the tires.
For me, that doesn't matter.

A lot of car companies sell staggered setups.
