A bit over 6 months ago I did in addition to building a fully built LDK block with a new head. I usually keep a car for about 3 years and I had the Sky for 3 years and 3 months and I really didn't want to go through another winter with it because I don't care to drive it with the top up so since it was in perfect shape, I decided it's time for someone else to enjoy it. I prefer selling things in the best condition possible and even though I put a lot of money and time into it, I got exactly what I wanted for it and am happy knowing that the new owner is thrilled with the car.

I picked up a CTS-V Coupe and am waiting for it to arrive in the next few days. I already have a stack of modifications ready for it so it's time to let the fun begin on another chapter....

I chose a used pre 2016 model so only 550 factory hp but with a measly 2k can be north of 700. I put that into the Sky 5 times and more. The Sky is still a hot car and I WILL miss it for sure.

If I could only find a car as hot as my wife....sorry...
No pics.  :D

Yessir. The Sky was my first car in this color. I've been through a few M3's and two 750I's that were all white with beige interior which I still like and just about bought a V in the same combo but this color looks sweet-especially when it's clean.

Not as easy to keep clean but I'm really going to enjoy it.

Nice! I was actually looking for a V1 when I bought my solstice but I couldn't find the right one. I'm planning on getting a V2 but it will probably be a sedan and not for another couple years(new house payment makes the fiancé more happy than me having a different car). For now I just lurk on the cts-v forum about as much as I'm on the kappa forums.

Your ring gear is reused and attaches to the diff so your gear ratio remains the same.
