When is the discount applied? Is it in cart? Checkout? Mail in rebate? Last time I tried buying on one of the promos I got to the last step of checkout and absolutely nothing was applied to the normal price. Same seems to be the same here. Normal price through last step before final submission. I'm buying an intake so it's like 10 bucks but everything helps...certainly would make me feel better before dropping over a grand on an exhaust and tune.
