I took the car out for a drive, disconnected the MAF sensor from the electrical system. No problems with Boost, and car ran pretty good. Now I am going to go through the electrical wiring and try to figure out why the system is not liking when the MAF sensor is connected. I believe we may be able to narrow it down to an issue with grounding possible.
I will keep everyone posted on what I find.
The only two code that came up were the following:
P0100 Mass or Volume Air Flow (MAF) Circuit Malfunction
P0113 Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit High Bank 1
