Good luck in your search.  For that kind of change you might be able to get one fabricated.  DDM has a C&N machine for example.

Did you ever locate an OEM luggage rack? When I bought my 06 Solstice there was a luggage rack but I have taken that rack off and never used it since. let me know if you are interested, thanks.
