I picked up my car last June and can't believe I never noticed this.
[Especially today while at MECCA III]
My side vents are 2 different colors
Driver side is white


Passenger side is silver


I sure am one non-observant muthaF-er
 :lol:
Guess I will be going to the dealer tomorrow to have them get me a passenger white one
Or should I leave it for collector status?? :cheers:

Its not a mod if it left the factory that way, in which case you did pay for it.

If you bought it new and can prove that it was that way when you got it then I would leave it alone unless it really bothers you.  Not many people will notice that it doesn't match, it took you almost a year to find it.  Was it LG, MP, TM, GMT,......that had one door handle that was painted and the other one was stock imitation chrome for a while?  Not many people noticed that they where different.

Technically you should get another silver one since you have a redline! The body colored ones are for us lowely 2.4 folks!!!

My bad it was Cheers that had one black and one chrome.  LG/Spiney Norman couldn't decide if he wanted yellow or black and I told him to go with one of each.

I noticed the driver's side vent was white when I saw your car today, but I just assumed you had painted it white...of course I never saw the passenger side of your car. :lol:

I say paint the other one white. Less silver paint FTW! :thumbs:

Must be something about Kappas bought last June.  Although it didn't take me nearly a year to notice, I discovered mine had been damaged on the rear bumper and fascia. 

Fortunately (?) the car sustained some damage this past February from a tree, then the body shop took forever to fix, so they also fixed my bumper for free, for the inconvenience.  Now my paint matches as they repainted the whole flipping car, in addition to putting on a new top, hood and windshield.   :D

Got my Sol in Dec. and 4 months L8R was told Passenger door was different color .Fixed now
