Having grown up in the Md. suburbs as well as living in SE Va for seven years, I can tell you that a) Va State Troopers are storm troopers, and b) have no apparent sense of humor about ANYTHING.

Yes, it seems that when a man is born with little or no penis, his job possibilities are limited, and he tends to be grumpy a lot  :(

I'm having a hard time imagining the greatest human part, which was even harder then the part about you kidding.

You get stopped by a Virginia Storm Trooper and you are gaurantted a ticket.  They don't play.

And don't get me started on Fairfax County Cops.....
