Monsoon Stereo Wiring Question...
« on: June 01, 2009, 06:34:30 PM »
OK, so I'm sitting in my Sky with the dash ripped apart as I type this. I've got the stereo out, and I'm looking for the dimmer control wire. Should be how the car tells the stereo display to dim when the lights come on. From what I've found in a few Google searches, this is supposed to be a light grey wire.

There aren't any grey wires to be found attached to the stock Monsoon stereo connectors.  :gaah:

They haven't released the '09 Sky RL service manuals yet, otherwise I'd have them in hand, and this wouldn't be an issue. I'm thinking an '08 Sky or Solstice manual would suffice though. Can anyone help out with this?
