When I get a Wester's tune, that will be the very next thing I do to my car. Looks great!
how removable are they? I'll eventually get a Westers tune, but not for another year... if I were to get a GXP one now, and a Wester one later, are they easy to change (not necessarily swap back and forth, I jus tmean can I take it off and put a new one on)
It will pull right off...just do it carefully and you will have to get some more adhesive from Beach Party. It's a real nice fit and looks awesome...the best one I have had on there and I won't be changing it. I just got my updated Westers tune for the catless downpipe today and the car is a beast!!! There is no need for more power...I'll end up killing myself.
BeachParty,Can the main piece be done in color? (Red in particular?)Thanks.--Chemist
The install was simple...and the end result speaks for itself. You cut the vinyl to cover the areas of the cutout, and then install the cover on top...the vinyl shows through the cutout allowing for customization of the color, and the ability to change the colors whenever you want. if you do decide to change the colors down the road, you must get new adhesive for the back side of the cover. I am extremely happy with this and you can't beat the price!! Thank you Beach Party. Here are the pictures of my "Tuned by Lyndon Wester" fuse box cover.
Spike where's the love, I kidnapped Lyndon's signature and paid the setup fees for that cover, I also approved the design. What am I chopped liver, no wait that's Smartin, OK what am I dogfood. (I love mine too been to lazy to take pictures) I don't get no respect!Spike can you email a picture to Lyndon I told him about the cover, and stealing his signature.
I guess at some point we will have to send one to Lyndon for his wife's car, so she will remember who tuned it
...I received mine and it looks killer. The brushed aluminum, however, doesn't work with my Engine Bay color scheme. So I am in the process of painting it....
That's what I'll do! My can of red Metalcast is not even half empty! Now, I need to decide on a design.
Damn, you! That's what I was plannign to do! Red Metalcast FTW!
Wise minds think alike! Right? (BTW, good thing my son taught me a _small_ bit of L33T, else "FTW" would have gone right over my head. )
