PureX, I'm glad you like the superchips. I went the Diablo route for my 300C, and for what is a 4 door "family sedan" it really pepped up the Hemi. Unfortunately, for someone on this forum, who lives less than 90 minutes away from Westers, to go with another tune is well, blaspheme!!

There are guys all over this forum who would literally give their left nut to have their car strapped to Westers dyno, and have Lyndon tune their car. The other 2 members here from Alberta (SlyNic and I) both took advantage of living close by. OK, it was a 5 hour drive for me, but compared to the others on the forum, that's close! I know that in the summer it's practically impossible to book any time with Westers. SlyNic and I both made our appoints in February for early May, that's how we got in. The beauty of booking an early spring time is Lyndon is still somewhat slow for business and has the time to tune your car all day if he has too.
One of the standard things the canned tunes like superchips do, is to allow you to raise the rev limiter, but for our cars, by the time you hit 5,500 RPM, your horsepower is starting to drop off, so there is no real point to run it up to 7,000 or even 6,500. I too hit 165 Kpa of boost with the Westers tune, but I hit that at around 3,000 RPM and it holds steady at that boost until I run out of gear and have to shift.
I suggest you enjoy the new found power from your superchips, and ohhhh somewhere around next February, book a date for Westers. You can always use your superchips on your truck, so no money wasted right I guarantee you Lyndon will wring more HP and Trq out of your motor, and you'll never look back
