Technically it was a gift since in the same package came your SKY Cooler\travel bag.
So you could have gone to the forum and pointed to the custom inspector that indeed it was a gift.
They would laugh in my face, for them the internet is for kids, I told them to call the sender to verify (to find the sender's phone number from internet because they didn't accepted a printed email from Jeff as official paper) and they said they are not allowed to do that, they keep asking for the invoice and I was keep saying what invoice for a gift???
When I showed them my email inbox from my phone with a conversion with Jeff they said that is not the sender and I try to trick them because Jeff has a different address than the sender (Buffalo Solo's Location)
It's good it's over I hope I will not get into that again.
