Tweaked the settings on my shocks. The rear has a tendency to bounce a few timesif you hit a bump in a corner, so I switched from our "base" setting to SOB's recommended starting point.

Big difference?
Haven't really hit any fast curves yet, a few corners that felt tight, but I'm not sure if it is the probeam or me. My comparison is from what the car felt like before I parked it for the winter. Now, once again, I'm waiting for the snow to melt.

It's tough call with a lot of the mods that we do. We want to think that they are making a difference and sometimes we convince ourselves that they are the greatest thing since sliced bread. I't's just human nature.

I for one want a large piece of that bread and I'm installing one at the mod meet at Joe's in May.

DDM makes some awesome products for our cars.

Got rid of the egg yokes today. It'll hold me over until I get LEDs for the front lights.

Yesterday I took my cut down front mud flaps down to Joe's for repainting.  He also fixed the fogs on my Frontier while I was there.  Sol hasn't been out from under the cover since Friday

Drivers view of the cowl induction hood,as requested. It is 18' x 2.75" and it does not block any view for driving.I was worried it might, but after a few cruises,I was very pleased.

Did LOTS this weekend:

Saturday:
- Installed my Sky USB Radio (from ICS/eBay) but modified to reroute the USB out back and to replace the Sky faceplate (and colors) with my original Solstice faceplate.  Looks stock, but has GB of tunes from a flash drive.  I'm soooo happy!
- Washed Car & went driving!

Sunday:
- Installed Draw-Rite hitch  (what a b*tch to get get the muffler supports off!  I really need the right tool.)
- Tightened nuts/bolts on DDM Pro-bean and Backbone... most were OK, but a couple Backbone bolts were loose, one barely even finger tight!
- Ran wires from reversing light up into trunk to (eventually) power a reversing camera.
- De-chickleted and replaced with Autobot logos
- Finished some wiring for my bluetooth addition.

Whew!

Washed, waxed, Rain-eXed.  Man, it was DIRTY.  Back covered with soot and goodness knows what else, lots of gook along the rockers.  But it shines now!

Got home at about 6 after a 4 hour flight and a 2 hour drive. Saw G8TR under the 3 covers that I put it under before I left, appears to be unmolested by my teenage daughter. Can't wait for high 70's tomorrow and my first drive in 3 weeks.  :drive:
