I know 2 Subaru Legacies in my area that have over 450whp and 450 w ft lbs.  Both sound like absolute monsters under full tilt, have aftermarket turbos, front mount intercoolers, inverted shocks, etc.  I've personally seen one run low 12's (almost 12 dead even), and it's a daily driver.  I've seen it break traction on all 4 wheels from a standstill, and just simply destroy a mustang GT with the new 5.0 V8 at the track, mostly off the launch.

My co-worker had a Legacy
It was a nice car.   Got totalled on him by a drunk driver.  He was lucky to be unhurt.
His next vehicle was a 3 series BMW.  Wasn't an M but it had the M suspension and some special grey suede interior specific to that model and that model alone.
Began with a Z.
he stated the BMW out handled the legacy, but overall the legacy was faster.

So today I washed the Sky.  Normally I don't drive the sky at all with any snow on the ground, but I have no choice at the moment due to my jeep being worked on.  Timing sucks, but thats about the only time it could be done
Anywho
They did an absolute crappy job plowing everything in my area, and at one point I remember scraping everything down the middle of my car in the work development.
Welp, turns out that fawked up the newly repainted from bumper

I went down with the Sol to visit with the boys in VA. Somewhere along the way I picked up a nail in my driver's rear tire. So on Saturday I go out to get some breakfast for me and the boys and lo and behold... a flat tire. I use the Onstar button in an attempt to get it repaired, but it is New Years Day. So they aske me to call back tomorrow. Needless, got the car jacked up, tire fixed, and finally made it home after a 12 hour drive this morning about 3 am... woohoo for the start of the New Year! Sure hope my luck changes soon.

Watching the oil life monitor I got 220 miles @ 3,000 rpms for 1% usage. Weird?!

Daily I get 110 miles on the 120 mile commute which includes two cold starts.

That sounds about right. I lose a bit more because I start my car 4 times a day, 3 cold, and commute 45 miles a day total.

Drove mine to work yesterday and had an anonymous jerk add some nice sharp angles to her sweet curves via a hit and run.

"Miss Red Eagle" has been covered by two king size sheets for some time resting in our heated garage next to "The Beast", our 2000 Red Lincoln Navigator, her protector.  Well, today the sheets come off and may take her out for a spin prior to winter snow and sleet becoming a factor.  I need a fix and she needs to be freed for a spin around town.

I was actually glad I had the ONSTAR system. If I needed them, they are just a button away. I drive a lot of miles at night and have seen "several" people loose control, fall asleep, drive off the road, or DWI/DUI. I use my ONSTAR all the time to report problems with other drivers, and really bad road conditions to the state police through them. The system did not work on Saturday because it was New Year's Day, in a small city, in a southern state, with major bowl games going on... You do the math, would you wanna leave your house on NYD to fix some clown's tire? I know I wouldn't, or I would gouge the crap outta him for price. JMO and I am personally glad I have ONSTAR.

Doesn't matter what they want.  It's what you are paying for.
You live in CT.  All the roads are bad conditions and all the drivers suck.  I haven't decided what's worse
CT or NJ drivers.  Seem pretty close.
FYI - I'm a native of your state and my friends Dad was one of the  Coaches of the Little League team that won the World Series.

it's a religious holiday today, so i woke up, filled the trunk with everything necessary (that was not difficult at all ) and headed for my country house.
2 miles from my house and on the road to get some gas, check gas cap sign showed on my DIC...  :censor:
i thought i was about to change my evap once again.
reached the gas station just to find out that my gas cap was indeed open and loose!!!
(in Greece, gas stations are not self service, employees of the station fills up each car). so some a$$hole did left my gas cap open...
ps, it must have been opened when i reported the weird sound from my exhaust problem

from now on, i am filling up the car on my own...
