I sure can :) I'll bring a few sets and there are already 4 or 5 people who will be installing them there so you can get a good look :) I'll also be running some type of sale :yay:

We'll do a cruise every meet but will have to do a different one as the usual road is closed.  Then I'll take everyone on a short cruise from there to the Solomons Island area TIKI Bar for 1 drink and then back to the meet.

I have the following uninstalled items in my posession:
  • Heated Seat Kit (2)
  • Wind Restrictor (unlit)
  • Air Horn
  • GMR HIDs

I also would like the blinker mod and I need to find a way to clean up the jagged liner edge around my trunk light.

New plan:

The horn, WR, and blinker can wait.  Especially since I still need to get with Stephen about the replacement WR.

I'm going all out and will attempt jonymac's reverse sensor mod.  It looks like I should be able to handle it if someone supervises the wiring.  This will be a good time for it too- if I drop my bumper, I'll be able to find a pre-painted replacement pretty easily once the sun goes down.  That'll be my first priority, then an attempt at the seat heater install with an assist on the wiring.  I'd still like someone else to deal with the HIDs entirely because if I screw that up, I'm stuck in Maryland with no lights.

:( Joe, it now looks like we will not be attending as we have been unexpectedly reduced to single income - Linda's boss, James E. Anderson, a sole practitioner (lawyer) has passed away on Easter Sunday so Linda is now out of a job & currently searching for a new one (paralegal). Sorry for the short notice but absolutely no unjustified cash can be spent right now (hotel, gas, etc...).
If things turn around quickly & she finds new employment then I may be able to attend, I'll let you know if that is the case.

Thanks for the invite, maybe we can attend next year.
Jimmy

Man, what a bummer, hope she can find a job soon.

Perhaps you can drive up on Saturday and just have fun for the day.  You don't have to be modding to come.

Steve I thought you don't get dirty. LOL

I was talking about the lighted door sill LOL.  But I will get dirty for sure...last mod meet we spent 3 days installing sound deadening in the entire car...that was one dirty job with lots of cuts and scrapes!!!

Steve, I'll give you a hand with the exhaust. I haven't done it but I'm handy with a wrench and watched the guys at the Welland store install mine.
Just trying to do my part...

Hope she finds something soon Jimmy, sudden income loss plays hell on the mod budget.  Sometimes even the life budget.  Your not that far away, you can always come up for an unannounce mini meet.

Man I hope so, but she's tough & she's smart so she just needs to find someone that's hiring right now & I know she'll get the job.

I'll try, I'm sure I can scrape up enough for a tank of gas for a day trip. Besides, I may need a test drive that weekend for the new stage II if it arrives before then & I get it on in time - at least the S/C has allready been paid for.
Go Figure! It never fails, every time I spend money on something like that something bad happens & makes me feel remorse for spending the money.  :banghead:
