Hi my name is Louie and I have a question for everybody, anybody ever buy solstice parts from this company called "Focuztech"? I bought 2 items just 2 and it's been 2 weeks with no email sent to me i ended up emailing them for a phone# or a email with the tracking # with my things. Never got a reply back. So has anybody ever had to put up with this company? Thank you.

I have their header and highflow cat, I got it about 3 years ago. Isn't there a contact number on their web page?

I just went and checked, there isn't a number anymore.

They haven't been returning my son's calls either. He sent them a spare headlight to develop halop and project kits, that was about the time we bought the crappy headlight bulbs

GJ This company was handling the" Putco " H13 Super bright bulbs W/lifetime warenty . I sent one back and two weeks later got new set . Blew out again and tossed them

Thank you everybody! Just good to know I'm not the only one, but sad cause I really wanted my parts!... I ordered foglights, and a new gasket for my cat, just wanted to test out the site so I ordered something small. And WOW! it's taking a while....

In fairness to all of our vendors, our cars are a very small market, and most of the stuff is special order meaning the vendor doesn't have it in stock and needs to get it, made/cut/whatever from someone else. That does add to the lead time. Don't know if this is the case here or not, but something to keep in mind.

Most of the stuff I order for my car starts as a conversation, and a year or so later we have a working prototype. Another 6 months and I am being a test mule for that part. Then it is offered to the public with a lead time as each one has to be made.

That is true "CRITTER". I would mind if they would at least reply with some news that would hold me from talking about there company like this, I mean come on 2 weeks with no word..... Quick to take my money but not to answer a simple question....

Don't disagree it would be nice if they let us know what is going on, and many of them have through threads like this. They just don't realize how eager we are to get these special parts on our pride and joy.

The "kaputco" bulbs were not so special. . . . They were crap. That, plus the lack of responsiveness we are seeing now, would make me think long and hard before ever doing any business with these guys again.

A bad attitude toward customer service is one of the many things that is helping to bury American small business. Superior communication and personal service is what distinguishes the excellent vendors we are fortunate to have on this forum, and why I would buy from one of them anytime, even if the same item is availble from Globalco.

Stopped by the address on Gilman today.

1) The name on the sign was "Issaquah Rhino Lining". OK, these days bricks & mortar businesses branch out online...
2) The place was empty and there was a "For Lease" sign.

Unless they've moved, looks like they may not exist any more.

If you paid by credit card, just dispute the charge. Can try the same with paypal too.

Did you do it via PayPal, you have a resourse to retrieve the funds. If you did it via CC, then you can contest the charge, depending on your card, you only have a certain amount of time.

oh crap just checked and i did'nt go threw paypal, i did it on my card so mybe i can get my bank to do something??? keep you guys updated soon.
