Topic: Tunnel brace on a coupe

I was thinking of adding a DDM Backbone & Probeam to the coupe but I'm not sure if the coupe would need/benefit from the Backbone since it has a more upper/roof structure than the vert.    Any input on this would be appreciated.

I don't think the coupe adds that much more structural rigidity to make the Backbone irrelevant.

The Probeam is for hooking together some of the rear suspension bits, so unless your coupe has a Z0K crossmember, it will also help.

I say go for them both.

I suspect the DDm backbrace would be beneficial. I have a roll bar in my car which stiffens thinks alot and plan on fabricating one in the future. Stiffer is better than softer

In terms of vehicle rigidity, the coupe is NO different than the Vert.  the roof panel is not structural. The coupe is just a vert with a hardtop bolted to it and a targa top.

Actually, the coupe is more rigid than the vert but in my jacking experiences with my coupe, I found that it was much stiffer after installation. 

The pro beam will benefit all Kappas unless you already have the upgrade beam with the welded channel on it.
