12.9 is still quick, very quick.  It would be a one shot deal, sent home until you cage it, unless it is a hard top.

My best is 13.48 at 102ish MPH.
Here is Alphajesse's dyno sheet.  Pretty impressive.  With some good tires, you should get in the low 12s

His time slip to which I believe his time was on the right side

I mainly autocross mine, but I've since been to a track much closer to sea level. Same tires, but I was trapping 112-114mph, with similar ETs. I just need to handle the tire situation.

that's hell of a ride seal9. due to import taxes, mustang (the powerfull editions) are worth as much as a GTR or an R8 around here (around 100K euros). the base models are only worth if you want the looks (around 50K) but you will have VW GTI's overpassing you easily...

My point was that DSGs are out there in inexpensive cars... so they're getting around.

Yes. I'm thinking of doing an Evo for a track car. I don't wanna bash up my Sky if I decide to go to the next level. Too bad only the Evo X has the paddles. I'd prefer an older/cheaper/lighter one.

When I bought my Sol Coupe, I was strongly considering an EvoX. Then I realized I could buy the Evo and have a car that did most things fairly well, or I could buy the Sol and a cheap Jeep (like an older Cherokee, or even a Liberty) for less money (and about the same insurance payment each month) and have 2 dedicated vehicles...

Best thing about the Evo's is that the stock internals can take more than the Ecotec. I met a guy at the track Saturday who says he has 480whp with a GT35 turbo on a 2004 Evo8. No internals upgraded.

Crazy. I tell ya.
