Hello, on a stock hood there is no difference between an RL or NA. However on our hoods there is, as the inlets on the airbox are on the other side of each other. I tend to go a more performance aspect with our parts where they are functional and lighter yet stronger than stock. When our hood is purchased with the Ram Air it comes with a seperate lower air box which channels clean cool air from infront and above the hood. What I recommend  to take full advantage of the Ram Air effect is to get a tune from for example DDM to complement the hood. Thanks Norm

I would think a stock hood looking hood would be well received.

slight mod like the rk sport hood but cheaper and purely functional!

I would think a stock hood, can be purchased through GM parts, and the RK hood is already out there being sold.  Why not have something that is unique to norm's talents and ability?  He has some very awesome SOL hoods already and does a great job on everything!!

as for the Sky hood, i would vote for a racing style, not a stock like.
if i were in US or Canada, i would be a defnite buyer for this, but transportation cost to Greece would be just crazy..

The Sky fenders and hood are totally different from the Solstice, look at the door on a Sky and see the large charactor lines, they wont bolt up. Thanks Norm

I would want the fenders first then the Sky hood second. Let me know how much these fenders would cost and we'll do business!!! Maybe a chance for you to do a tape over like you did for the hood just so i could picture what you're envisioning?

that hood is hot and i love the functionality of it but i dont think itll match too well with the sky cause the sol is curvy and the sky is edgy.  maybe a similar design with sharper sides.

IMHO - I like the one's Norm created better, especially in how they integrate with the existing Lines of the Sky

The MB ones, while cool on the MB, don't fit the Sky

That's a matter of opinion. Anyway, I'm sure since they are being made from scratch the angle could be changed to integrate it with the existing lines of the Sky. Let's see Norm work his magic, but I'm sure I would be more than satisfied. Don't pass judgement until you see the product.

Found a new fender design that I like much better than the Mercedes SLR McClaren fenders I posted above. Please make these Norm. PLEASE!

Wouldnt be able to get the rounding in towards the wheel. Well, you could, but youd have to relocate a bunch of crap and design a new mounting system for the fender. I just looked into mine yesterday when I got in my head to make fully functional vents that would actually vent the wheel wells out. Seeing what I had to do, decided it was too big a pain in the ass.

You wouldn't necessarily have to round the fender in. You can make the style of the 599 fender by just increasing the angle of our existing faux vent and splitting it into two sections (if you get what I mean). Obviously, the concept is easier than its execution. Ha!

Hey Norm if you update this thread, I'm hoping to order Aftershock deck lid spoiler (the ducktail one) sometimes this fall/winter.    Was thinking of having it modified (I haven't checked in my area to see if anyone does custom work) so the duck tail portion extends out a couple inches to make it more wild looking.  Is that something you could do?
