Then it Must be a Hummer type shifter Stick

1 LIL NDN, uh, sounds like this thread is beginning to take on a "life of it's own"!  I have never owned a HUMMER although took my wife to look at a new one, and Carol took a test drive and that ended it.  But the only thing she liked about the brute was the shifter Stick!  Can you imagine that?  So, that's at least two beautiful females that stick up for it!

Getting off topic now, but the one DeepBlueGXP posted would be perfect, however it would come with some eccentricities.  And of course smartin is on record as liking it! :yay:  So we have come full circle here.  Please Smartin, give us some direction here!  :drive:

You're asking me for direction?!

How about this:

I ran the roads all day last Saturday and left the top down for lunch and the shifter never got hot. I went to a movie on Sunday with my daughter and covered it with a towel and came out two hours later and the shifter was hot as fire. So I think the whole car has to be hot for it to be real hot.

I like the supercar part. Only supercars have these shifters. ;)

Quote:  "Ah she's rubbing it down"

smartin, not only are you the first "Lady Gearhead" on the forum, I must say,  :drive: :yay:     "Tippy canoe and Tyler too"  Awesome, I mean Awesome post.  What a beaut and fits your hand like a glove.  Now I am serious about getting this shifter at the NASSM in Austin, Texas.

Can't wait to see how it effects your times when you autocross.  Bet it makes a .11235677 second difference in your time , especially when you reach the second shift point! Must make a video of it when you first take it out for serious butt kicking driving.

All in kidding smartin.  Love the shifter!  Enjoy your new rehabbed Kappa. :2c:
