What is this for?

Not particularly important, but I am curious what these "horns" are for? I think they are vent parts to cool the headlight, but I have been wrong before.

Aids you in adjusting the headlight with the hood down, side light removed, Phillips screwdriver through the side light opening, through the horn lined up with the adjustment screw?

Perhaps one of the Sky or GT owners know what it's for.  I thought it may be used for headlight adjustment but of the three Kappas in the driveway, none of them are Sky's so I'm not a big help.

Apparently that is what it is for. Very odd way to do things, but hey, I guess it works!

I was going to say they are deer horns, to warn the wild life you are coming.  But if they are then Shiny either removed hers or they don't work.

Funny thing about those deer whistles...ask a deer hunter how you stop a running deer..."you whistle at 'em"...sooo, deer walking across the road in front of you hears your whistle and STOPS!!!

Deer are cute, but WAY stupid. And boy are they flourishing in the US. But, at least they are not as bad as Canada geese, and they can bring down giant airliners!!! Both are pests.

As for an oddity on a Kappa, ummmm ............... hey !! What else is new.
