its a super 20g kit from hahn racecraft.  Full bolt ons with meth.  Tuned by trifecta.  I installed the turbo my self with no problems.  The kit will be available soon from hahn.

flange adapter was needed?
did you have to put heatshiled on the interior of the fender or elsewhere?
any compressor surge issues?
BOV?
cost?

how about a short evaluation of how the car performs now against stock with bolt ons and tune?

sorry for all the questions, but as i've heard 20g seems like the best solution for our cars and really want to know

adapter came with turbo kit, stock heat shield bolts back on, no compressor surge, bov kit is included or can be purchased seperate if you already have a bov you dont need it.  as for cost, i dont know.  its up to hahn, he has not released the info yet.  And as for compared to stock turbo.... there is no comparison.  this thing is nasty

u can still use the "select a tune" of Trifecta for a more mild tune with the cruise button on?

Hi Everyone...Bill Hahn Jr. here.  I have been looking forward to joining Kappa Performance.com for a while now (heard good things!), and I figured this was as good a time as any.

My heatfelt congratulations go to Jeb for his outstanding results.  I have had a ball working with him in the background on this for the past few months, and he's done exactly what he pledged to do...break the 400 WHP mark on pump gas with our turbo upgrade and intercooler.

Jeb, you've impressed the heck out of me for doing so much with..well, so little!  Your buildup is a landmark in achieving superb Kappa Turbo performance without breaking the bank.  Thank you for including us in your plan!

Well, Working with you and Vince has been easy.  Always there to answer my questions, stupid or not.  The quality of the kit is great, as several local shops have commented on the build quality.  In the beginning a few people were skeptical on the use of the 20g, but now they see the end results and nothing to say... lol.  Boost come on quick, and holds till redline.  Thats all I could ask for?  Vince got all the bugs worked out of the tune, and now everything is very smooth.  Hopefully this crappy KY weather will let up and I will be able to take it out against some other street cars my friends have.  One being a 2010 ACR Viper, 13 of 20.  We ran before and I got no traction,  I expect this time to be worse, but its fun.

It will be interesting to see the package of hardware. To Bill, what can one expect as power output on straight gas with no adds (such as meth or other fluids), and what IS the redline?

Stock internals latin.  Engine is unopened.
Jeb, That is a lot of power a the wheels with the stock internals.
I would be concern with the pistons and rods failing with this much power.
Even with no meth I would think the power to the wheels woulb be 350+ rwhp.
With a large wheel we get 300 RWHP with a 20G turbo an additional 50 RWHP should be easy to get.

Great numbers Jeb, I be interested to see how she does after some miles and smiles.

I think the issues we may have seen with other cars suggests the limit of a stock motor is around 400whp.

After seeing tons of pistons crack I would suggest meth be a mod to get befor getting a bigger turbo or just a good mod in general to have to keep those pistons cool. It will be my next mod atleast

I wonder which dyno they use also.  The dyno I made the 412 on typically reads 10-12% lower than others.   I am probably right on the edge of needing upgrades.  The good part is, I only use this power about 5 % of my total driving time.  The other time I am actually under factory power at 10psi.
