Is there a price out for the 20g kit yet or did I miss it? The 20g sounds like a good way to go but I don't know if I would want the meth or not. Seems to make great power even without it!
  :agree:

there is no announcement on the 20g kit yet.

You remember, you asked me the same question on my thread.
I believe he was asking that to another member, who happened to be pushing a product that coincidentally was made by a sponsor.

So someone over at the BB got a ride and drove Jebs car and gave his impressions. If you haven't seen this, you should read it.

Good post, I was a Hahn user for their BSR tuner, Hahn Intercooler, and Hahn Bov. I had nothing but trouble with Bov sticking until finally took it off and put it in a box.Now I have a Tial Q bov which has worked without problems. The Hahn intercooler is excellent. My big problem with Hahn is they want you to Email only and don't answer the phone. Sorry I'm old school P.S. I was running a BSR tune when my engine blew a piston.

Because if I would twist the adjustment on the Bov the car would then run right for awhile then it would get stuck again. Major power loss when it sticks. Hopefully you will not have my bad luck

Not a problem.  PNC bank.  They give me all the money I want.  All I do is swipe this plastic thing.

But seriously, I have paid for and installed everything myself.  I have no sponsors and I wouldn't have it any other way.

What was your investment in this project? $$$  :brnout:

Nice setup! I have a Dejon HTA kit I need to install in my Sol.

One thing I've noticed in all the dyno charts of the 2.0 is that regardless of turbo size, intercooler, piping, etc, the dyno plot seems to fall on its face at 5k rpm or so. Other types of modded motors typically keep climbing in HP to or near redline. What's with our motors? Some limitation of the ECU, heads or direct injection that hasn't been solved yet?

Thanks!

have you seen my dyno plot?  gt3582r?

it doesnt fall flat at 5k rpm.   It goes all the way up to 6800rpm.  But we have to just stop since I have stock internals and head.   If I had aftermarket internals and even springs....we probably could rev the engine up to 7500-800rpm...and the power will just go up

anyways, I have a new turbo build....so we'll see what happens :)

I think our engines are limited to about to 6500 to 6800 RPM. I think fuel supply is the limiting factor. The diameter of the direct injection needs to be bigger and/or the fuel pressure needs to increase to sustain a upward power curve. The head has excellent flow stock but can be improved some with bigger valves and porting. I would bet a dollar the ECM also plays a huge part in limiting the power curve
