Also if you have the Heat on, you will see higher temps than normal.
I would assume that is true with the AC as well, but I never have taken the time to notice if that's is true.
With my HF cat, my car likes 194F with vent only. 205F with heat on. If you have a stock cat, you will get slightly higher temps than that.
However as Kelu said, anything below 220F is nothing to worry about

These newer engines run hotter than older ones and its perfectly normal. This is why many domestic US vehicles (Ford) now use temp gauges with "Hot" and "Cold" rather than physical temperatures
