  • I'm here. If I wasn't here, I'd be there.
Why would they be different for the Sky and the Solstice?  Am I missing something here?

Nope.

Great deal nontheless! I would jump but I already have them on my car. Great offer!

Shipping is usually about 25 for the springs.

Hope this helps.

All i know is they have different part numbers.  supposedly, the solstice springs are setup for the solstice because it is lighter than the Sky....  I cannot attest to any of that being true, I'd assume they were all the same.  but nonetheless, different part numbers.

So, what will happen if the Eibach springs intended for the Sky installed on a Solstice ?  Will the Solstice ride even higher than stock ?

I highly doubt it....  the difference in weight is so minimal.  I really think it is just separate part numbers per vehicle.

What would be the proper shock to match up with these?

the Koni adjustables are by FAR teh best money i have spent on my Kappa!!!!  set on the middle setting, they are still comfortable, but stiff enough to handle serious twisties.  plus they make the car much quieter on rough roads.

Sky set is number:  4.11138

springs are in a box unopened, i don't just mean the 'packaging box,' they are still in the box they shipped in!  I'd rather not open it up because they are ready to ship out to a lucky buyer :)  LOL

I just checked their website.  Those would lower my car too much to the point where I will not be able to get it out or up my driveway.
Grrrrr
That's such a sweet deal

When I get around to it, I will have it dug up and re-graded.  It's not that expensive, especially if I factor in the cost of front end repainting

Elff,
Fix the driveway anyway, you can always just cut your springs down a few inches.  It seems to work fine for folks around here! :)
