allow me to reintroduce myself

After a long quiet period (well quiet here on the forums; life has actually been pretty 'loud' - lol)...
In any case, I'm back. I've been lurking & catching up for a couple weeks now.

Last summer I finally retired my Sky from the daily grind - the miles were piling up and it was time to decide if that was the best way to fully enjoy it. I picked up an '06 imprezza to cover commute duty. (I was shocked that the insurance was cheaper on the '07 Sky!)

One high note related to the Sky has been attending Evolution Driving school this spring!
I did phase 1 & 2 over a weekend. What a blast! I'm definitely planning for phase 3...
Starting to seriously think about autox...

Yes, I do - Just need to convert & youtube them, they should be up early this weekend.
I suspect Kelu is going to be a bit busy today anyway...

I look for a long time for a suitable DD - the imprezza impressed me.
This winter was no problem at all - and I did a fair amount of travelling in the snow.

One thing I did do was replace the ratty tires it came with with Conti DWS tires.

Between those, and the AWD, I've been comfortable in everything mother nature has thown at me so far.

I like the cars handling (for what it is) alot. No comparison to the Sky, but that is not surprising.

The guy before you must have told the instructor that it was a life-changing event for him which he thought was odd and you said depends what your life is like.
