If you ordered them with other than OEM logo's that is probably taking more time to produce. I don't know if they do the engraving there or send them out.

MRZ, how about a reply. You do want to do more business and this does not inspire confidence. Most companies do not charge until goods are shipped, we however have paid. I am a trusting consumer but just take 15 seconds out of your day and say: "Everything fine, just a small delay in shipping, manufacturing or its been shipped and I have not updated the web site"

Hopefully all your money was not invested with Madoff or is in a bank in Antigua and you have moved to Mexico to become a sex slave to a gay drug cartel dealer named Ramon.

I hope you can understand that we did not had 25 sets in stock ready to go with all the requested emblems, colors, etc We have to make those parts as you requested them.

These caps have to be made and this is what we do from the begining of the group buy. We are a small shop with 2 employes + me, the owner, and we also have other order coming in each day so it's not always easy to keep up with all the incoming orders. We have shipped most order up to now.

I cant be over each forums we support each day... I have to run the shop and take care of all orders coming in. I'm sure you guys can understand this part as well...

Each set of cap has to be machined, hand polished, anodized, them remachined with the emblem requested, cleaned, inspected, packed, shipped. This is long task and we want to deliver a perfect product.

Thanks, nope everything's the same. It is going back to DDM this weekend but I haven't added anything else (except for maybe some road grime from all the rain we've had).

From my perspective, he didn't attack his customers. He did however, explain what was going on. He just did it a little too late for some of you. Hell, he even offered a refund, no questions asked. Some companies that I know of wouldn't even do that if they sent you the wrong part or something that was broken.

Let me put it this way, did anyone send him a PM or direct e-mail or, god forbid, call him?

I think he responded appropriately. I also think there is some still some animosity towards him for the way the whole thing went down in the first group buy thread. I said it then and I'll say it again, I don't think he did anything wrong.

And one last comment. The most likely cause of the shipping delay was my order. I'm having them shipped to Joe's like a bunch of others. He is shipping them all at the same time. Mine was a custom design so it probably delayed everything. So blame it all on me! LOL!!!

Way to go Mike My dealing with him has been great. With help from Critter I am working with him to complete the set by doing the gas cap. Can'y wait to get mine and would rather wait am have custom made to order that are right the first time and some folks I have dealt with.
