Ok, Virgina folks meet at the Koons of Manasas at 11:00 or if you want the reservations at the restaurant are for 12:15 but you will miss the drive.

Jim "lilgoat" will organize the run.

Maryland folks who wish to caravan to Koons will meet at the Wendys at whatever time Deepbluegxp decides.

Tour is a maybe but we will have fun either way.

weather.com says it will be 64 and partly cloudy. Hope everything isn't too wet from the snow melt and Friday rain.

It will depend on the number of people as to the route we take, hard to run the twisties with 20 cars and a deadline. I really want to leave the dealership no later than 11:15 so we make our reservation, please come gased up, there is a Shell directly across the street and be ready to leave promptly. If you are going to be late make sure you have the address as we can't wait for people due to the reservation. It is very easy to get to the restaurant it is just off Route 50 in Upperville.

Since it is supposed to be cold until Friday, I have a feeling it is going to be a lot of water on the road. I'm going to be in the leisure cruise group, I don't want to be in a curve at twice the speed limit and hit standing water!

Same here as there will be a lot of sand salt mix still left on the road so that will also make the corners slippery.

I am sorry I will not be able to make the lunch, I have to do a drug test for my new job. I may make it out after.

1:Start out going WEST (right out of dealership) on SUDLEY RD/ VA-234 BR N toward Manassas Battlefield. Continue to follow SUDLEY RD. 9.0 mi

2: Turn RIGHT onto JAMES MADISON HWY/ US-15. Continue to follow US-15. 6.9 mi

3: Turn LEFT onto US-50 W/ JOHN MOSBY HWY/ JOHN S MOSBY HWY. 14.7 mi

4: End at Upperville, VA Hunters Head

Not sure why it says Balls Ford road, that is directly accross from the dealership, the Shell Station is on the corner. The dealerhsip is actually on 234, and you can only turn right leaving the dealership. It is a very easy route, you get to drive through historic Middleburg. I am trying to move the test up so I can make it, I will be up all night Friday studying. but better safe than sorry.

Hey Jim, don't forget to study hard the night before your test! I do find it interesting that they book your test ahead of time. Most of the ones I have taken are either on the spot, or within 48 hours.

It's a pre employment screen so I have to get some warning, they won't hire me until I pass. I think I will be able to reschedule, they didn't realize I am off during the day. I been testing that heron, and mary j wanna.

You guys kill me, what part of pre employment screen is lost on you all, I don't work there yet. They kinda can't call me at my other job and tell me to go in for a screen. After they hire me I am sure the screens will come without notice. But anyway I got it done today, they can test me every day if they want I don't care, they won't find anything, I don't even drink.

Looks like I will make lunch, I have decided however not to lead the main group, I will be going a different way and leaving at 11:00 if anyone wants to follow me. They didn't salt and sand the back roads here, they barely plowed them

Well then you won't be following me will you, if anyone wants to follow me get there earlier, the main group will be leaving at 11:15. I have to leave by 11:00 or be late, it's just an option for anyone that wants it, I run these roads almost every weekend so by myself will be nothing new, I will not be going fast just a more scenic route.
