The money means nothing to me, I spend more than that on a night of drinking here.  I'm more concerned with my fellow forum members getting good customer service.  But I will, however, make a deal with you:

In the spirit of helping out said forum members, if you get everone (that actually orders) their products within a reasonable time frame, I will never say another harsh word about the situation again.  I think 6 weeks from the order date should be time enough to allow for custom engraving, anodizing and shipping.  I just need all the members that order to post their order date and receiving date.

Thats about as fair as I can be....

GJ brought this up before and I think it is a good idea.  Since Go-N Def wants nothing to do with you, your product, or a refund why not donate either the money or the product that GND would have gotten to Shiny's ALS fund raiser drive?  I am sure GND won't complain about that and it will go to a good cause.

Those products are custom and we will process the orders in the order they are received, we can do only a certain amount of parts per day/weeks so there might be delays. Those are custom part and we have to make them to you own specifications. Also be aware that shipping fom Canada to US or oversea can take a few week in the worse cases, normally 10-15 days is the normal delay with the standard shipping. If you need your order rushed with tracking number, please choose the Xpresspost option witch delivers in about 5 business days.

I got my order in, but I had a set of engine covers saved in my cart and when I signed in, it had 2 and I removed the wrong one (the discounted one) without thinking about it. So basically I didn't get the discount on the engine covers. I emailed and PM'd you about this, but I'm trying to cover all bases. I'm sure you'll be flooded with PMs and Emails today

Thanks Mathieu for promptly refunding the extra $30 for the non-special engine bay covers I ordered by accident!

All who have placed orders for the MRZ Billet Covers will love them for sure.  I will have mine on display when we arrive in Ashville, North Carolina for the NASSM.  Ours have been on Miss Red Eagle for a very long time and look as good today as they did when installed.  Congrats to all who have taken advantage of this offer!

I'm one of the owners who was impressed with the caps.  They really look good.

That's why I mentioned that I want to get a second set of black annodized caps.


Unfortunately, while I was driving yesterday, my Honda Accord's windshield was a hit by a small rock/chip.   It created a 4" crack....which is now about 8".    Since my insurance is at $500 deductible, I am now forced to buy a new windshield out of pocket ($390).   

So I have to skip buying a new set of black annodized MRZ caps................and spend the money on a new windshield

That sucks. In FL, deductibles don't apply to windshields. Insurance companies are required to cover 100% of the replacement cost by law as long as you carry comprehensive coverage.

People in KY, MA, SC should have the same thing, BTW. Not sure where you are at.

That sucks!  I think IL had like a $50 on the replacement windshield and repairable chips were no deductible.  Not sure what Ohio is, but at the rate I get rocks kicked up at my cars, I'm sure I'll find out!

I queried this via email and it was explained to me that they issue the tracking number when they get the order, which is before the order is shipped. So don't be surprised if your tracking number doesn't give you results for a while.

I hope I'm wrong and maybe it is just the Canadian side via Canada Post...but just wanted to give you all a head's up!

In my previous two dealings with him the shipping turn around was actually quite fast. That said he was shipping in Canada from the province of Quebec to Ontario. I would expect as stuff goes to the USA it will have to sit in US customs for clearance for a couple of days just as when stuff comes to Canada we go through the same process in reverse . I would think there is a good chance that the CDN orders that Sun Chaser has placed arrive towards the end of next week.

I can't wait as the polished engine fluid caps are going to "complete" my look under the hood for the Nationals!!!!
