Here you go Bob.  Took about 40 min to draw in Solidworks 06, had to remember how to use the older version which is what I have at home.  Of course this is just a guess at the size and is lacking things like draft and installation tabs.  A production model shouldn't take more than a few hours to do it's collecting the data from the car to make it work that would take the most time.  Anyone have a 3d scan of the Solstice to work with?

Convert that model to a standard process Gcode with solid works and send it to a machine shop to quote. If you need help there, I have a few places that can do work like this. However I am sure you do as well, SA.

Why dont you make a set, fit them to your sol, and then make any revisions and sell them for material/labor cost + 5%? Or maybe give it to one of the vendors and let them make the grills and ask for a royalty? That would make everyone that wants them very happy, and you could make a few bucks for your time and trouble.

Thats a nice looking Manifold . If they were to have a " group buy " as some vendors do ,if they sell 3 you get a little off ,5 a little more 6 or more at a lower price . Check out DDM works for parts for the Sky.

What process does the OEM 2.0 use?  How would it be benefit OEM turbo's or upgraded ones?

8+ Cobalt SS 2.0 LNF Turbo, 304 Stainless Cast Tubular Manifold. Soon to be released is our custom T3 turbo upgrade kit utilizing a bullet proof 304 cast stainless steel tubular turbo manifold! Treadstone manifolds are cast using the latest in turbocharger-manifold technology using state of the art CAD based techniques. They benefit from an exclusive investment casting method utilizing bulletproof 304/347 stainless steel. The high thermal inertia and excellent heat retention of cast stainless steel provides the turbocharger with as much thermal energy as possible. This effect raises the overall efficiency of the system and produces results superior to tubular/welded manifolds. Furthermore, stainless steel is virtually impenetrable to rust and other forms of corrosion and will stay looking beautiful for years to come. No more rusting looking turbo manifolds!
