All-

I know you all think I'm a little unreliable and crazy, but the donations account is already in process of being set up and will be ready soon thanks to a few individuals working behind the scenes that have been gracious enough to tell me the plan. I don't really do anything, but they tell me what's going on.

There will be a dedicated PayPal account set up soon that will act as an escrow acct. it will hold all funds until Joe needs some ( he buys a lot of stuff up to 6 months prior when he sees it on sale). This can be a total open book if anyone is Interested, we are not trying to hide anything from anyone.
The money will stay in the account until after the meet has come and gone and will be available for Joe and Dee for things such as increased utility costs, costs if operating / using the cabin etc. these are some of the hidden costs Joe and Dee have absorbed all these years.

If there are extra funds after all expenses are covered, Joe can decide if he wants it donated to charity or held in the account for next year or if he wants to use it on strippers and Harley's in Vegas.

I agree with Elff hold the surplus for the next event.  If we feel the need to do a charity contribution we can have a special 50/50 or something like that.

Wow, a mod meet and it's kinda near me. I'll definitely put some money in the kitty, keep me in the loop on the details too please. Would be great to actually meet other kappa owners (other than Lil NDN) :-)
